Do you know of a haunted location or strange place that the locals talk about in hushed tones? Do they cross over to the other side of the street to avoid it, muttering a half remembered prayer under their breath as they glance furtively over their shoulder to see what may be lurking in the darkness behind them?

I will enter it by 5 to midnight and spend the night there alone, on behalf of any charity of your choice.

If I accept the paranormal challenge and fail to spend the night, I will donate a $ 1000 (or equivalent local currency) to the specified charity.

You need to make the specific arrangements, but I and the site will assist with orgainisation and in helping to publicise the sponsoring of the event to both its members, and the general public.

If the location is not within a reasonable commute of my current location, I will still take the challenge providing my expenses are covered.
